JEFF MEYER - General Manager
As a lifetime Kitchener-Waterloo resident, I grew up working on a dairy farm and numerous construction sites before beginning my electrical apprenticeship. Curiosity led me to specialize in electronics, industrial equipment, and ultimately automated labelling machines. My work, family, friends, and dog are all very important to me and I enjoy mountain biking, skiing, and most other sports.
BRIAN WINNETT - Controller
Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University (Hons B.A. Econ.) and Western University (Masters Econ.). Over 20 years finance and accounting experience in a variety of industries. Enjoy exploring the outdoors, trail running and traveling.
MARCUS HIRSCH - Sales Manager
Born and raised in Kitchener/Waterloo Ontario Canada. Graduated from Conestoga College with a Civil Engineering Technologist diploma. I have 3 years experience in the labelling industry. I like playing darts when I have some spare time, follow Formula 1 racing closely and like to travel.
RANDY WINSLOW - Regional Sales Manager, North East & West USA & Canada
Graduate of Business, Marketing Program. Prior to my 6 years at Langguth, I worked in the tech industry for many years. Hockey, Football, Baseball, in that order. Golf is always an option. Traveling with my wife and family is the absolute best time spent.
JUAN HERNANDEZ - Regional Sales Manager, South West USA & LATAM
Born and raised in Puebla Mexico. Graduated from Instituto Tecnologico of Puebla as an Industrial Engineer bachelor. 20 years experience in primary and secondary packaging equipment. I like to spend time with family and friends, going out for short runs and watching basketball, hockey & movies.
ANUP KUMAR - Regional Sales Manager, North Central USA
I hold an MBA in Marketing and have 17 years of experience in Industrial B2B sales. My background includes extensive global sales experience and a keen attention to detail with manufacturing facilities. I also have 4 years of experience in the Packaging and Printing industry, specializing in selling equipment for Automation and Robotics. When I’m not working, I love to travel with my family. A good cup of coffee and some music is all I need to hit the road!

I come to Langguth with 28 years of Engineering and Sales experience in the packaging Industry. I enjoy time with my family and friends. My hobbies include motorbikes, soccer and F1.
CHRIS BYER - Parts & Shipping
I joined Langguth in 2011 after working the telecommunications industry. Excellent customer service is my goal with every customer interaction. In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, camping with my family and riding my motorcycle.
COURTNEY MCGIRR - Service Coordinator
Born in Kitchener and raised in Atwood, ON. Before joining Langguth in Dec 2019 I was a general associate at an automotive plant and was going to Conestoga College full time for Office Administration - Executive. I enjoy spending my free time driving my Silverado and getting my workout in at Dynafit University!
PAUL LOTHIAN - Service Technician
I graduated in 1979 in the UK with a packaging engineering degree. I've worked with Langguth in Europe since 1982 and moved to the USA in 2004. I have Over 30 years experience in field service in the packaging and labelling industry. I enjoy road racing and track events as driver or pit crew with my local car club.
CHRISTIAN JIMENEZ - Service Technician
I have worked in the the labelling industry since 2012. My role as a service technician allows me to provide onsite customer service around the globe. I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, photography, sports and cars.
